The YB series pre-assembled substation (also known as a box-type substation) is a substation that combines high-voltage distribution equipment, power transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment into one or more boxes according to a certain wiring scheme. Structural Features:
1. The box body frame structure of this series of products uses channel steel, shaped steel, and angle steel, which has high mechanical strength and can be hoisted and transported as a whole.
2. According to customer needs, the outer shell can be selected from fiberglass cement materials, color-coated composite panels, stainless steel plates, and galvanized aluminum plates + pressure-impregnated wood panels. The product is beautiful and generous and has good corrosion resistance, heat insulation, and noise reduction performance.
3. Each compartment is separated by partitions into independent small compartments, and the transformer room is equipped with an automatic dehumidification temperature control exhaust device.
4. For convenient monitoring and maintenance, lighting devices are installed in the transformer room, low-voltage room, and high-voltage room.
